It is necessary for the students to read carefully the relevant code and conduct of the college before taking admission in the institute. If parents/guardians/candidate fully agrees with code and conduct of the college, he/she can fill admission forms and can get admission in the relevant course of study as per the eligibility policy of the concerned course. 

NOTE:

• No fee will be refunded in case any candidate is found as ineligible for admission to a particular course or in case a candidate discontinues studies after admission for whatsoever reasons.
• In case it is noticed, at any stage, that any bogus certificate/information was submitted by candidate, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled and degree/diploma/marks sheet, if already issued will be withdrawn and the candidate will be liable to be prosecuted under law
• Each candidate must fill up college admission form of relevant course of study along with two attested copies of the following testimonials/certificates.
• Fifteen passport size colored photographs.
• Copy of matriculation/secondary school certificate showing the date of birth/date of birth certificate.
• 10+2/senior secondary school examination.
• Proof of passing the qualifying examination i.e. graduation and post-gradation (if-any) with the required percentage of marks.
• Character certificate duly attested from the principal of the institution last attended/Gazetted officer.
• Merit Rank Card (if any).
• Certificate pertaining to reservation claim i.e., SC/BCA/BCB, Physically handicapped/Freedom fighters /Ex-servicemen etc.
• Migration Certificate, if candidate has passed lower examination from any University/Board other than Punjabi University, Patiala
• Residence proof of candidate (Ration Card/Driving License/Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport etc.)
